The inauguration of the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) headquarters building in Amaravati marks an important milestone in the development of the AP capital, which is a brand image of the leadership, hard work and perseverance of the state Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

The new Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) headquarters building in Amaravati was inaugurated by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu today.
The new modern building is designed to serve as the nerve centre for the CRDA and the municipal administration related to the development of the capital city.
It is located at the Seed Axis Road E3–N11 junction near Rayapudi. The headquarters is a G+7 (ground plus seven floors) structure spread over 4.32 acres, with an area of 307,326 sq ft.
The building has features like seven high-speed lifts, parking for 170 four-wheelers and 170 two-wheelers, landscaped open spaces, a sewage treatment plant and various office spaces for CRDA, Amaravati Development Corporation Limited (ADCL) and the municipal administration.
The ground floor houses facilities like reception, public experience centre, restaurant, bank and AI command centre, while the upper floors house offices, conference halls and officers’ rooms.

The inauguration marks a significant milestone in Amaravati’s development as a capital city, with projects worth thousands of crores under implementation and planning. The new CRDA office will be the administrative hub for managing all urban development activities in the region.
