AMARAVATI: Those who are not updated with time will be merged into history, and those who sense the change in advance will rule the world.
Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam State President and Gajuwaka TDP MLA Palla Srinivas Rao said that the countries that have identified and embraced change in every key stage of human evolution, from the agricultural revolution to the industrial revolution, and from there to the information technology era, have achieved dominance on the world stage.
Palla recalled that Chandrababu Naidu was the visionary leader who laid the foundation for the IT revolution with the construction of a high-tech city in Hyderabad. He praised that today, with the same vision, he is setting the direction for the future world through Quantum Valley.
Palla said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public will, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s decades of experience, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s commitment, and Minister Nara Lokesh’s modern strategy worked together behind the arrival of Quantum Valley in Amaravati.
He said that Lokesh’s role was crucial in introducing Amaravati to the world as a future technology center, not just an IT hub, and that Chandrababu brought national-level importance to it with his political acumen and experience.
Palla said that a new chapter in the history of Amaravati has begun. He said that by laying the foundation stone for the construction of the Amaravati Quantum Valley building in Uddhandaraunipalem, Tullur mandal, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Union Minister Jitendra Singh together, a historic step has been taken to put the state on the world quantum map.
Palla said that this ambitious project will not be limited to just infrastructure facilities but will also open up international-level high-end employment opportunities for the youth of the state. He said that the arrival of high-value industries and research-based investments will increase income sources and lay the foundation for an economy where knowledge becomes wealth.
If we look at the past history, when the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu launched the Hyderabad Hi-Tech City in 1998, Palla recalled that that decision led a generation into the IT era, overcoming many setbacks and doubts.

He said that the same vision is seen today in the form of Amaravati Quantum Valley. Chandrababu was the leader who opened the doors to the IT revolution then… Now, Chandrababu is the leader who is preparing the state for an even faster AI-Quantum era, which is why Chandrababu will go down in the history of Andhra Pradesh.
