Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan personally inspected the farmers whose crops were severely damaged due to Cyclone Montha. He got into the mud and got to know the farmers’ hardships.

Heavy rains are falling in Andhra Pradesh due to the cyclone. Crop fields have been damaged in many parts of the state due to rains and floods. Paddy fields that were ready for harvesting were waterlogged.

AP Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan visited Kodur on Thursday. He personally inspected the crop fields damaged by the rains. He entered the crop fields and inspected the paddy crop and spoke to the farmers.

He asked them about the details of the crop damage. Pawan Kalyan assured them that the government will stand by the affected farmers.

He spoke to the farmers and understood their concerns and encouraged them.  He met the people who sell vegetables and coconuts on the roadside at Puligadda in Avanigadda constituency. He inquired about the impact of the cyclone and the condition of their families.

Shri Pawan Kalyan brought to his attention the matter of a woman named Mrs. Gorre Nagasuri, who was struggling to support her family after losing her husband. He inspected the damaged house of an elderly man named Sri Pedda Venkateswara Rao and ordered steps to be taken to rebuild the house. He called on an auto driver named Sri Borra Ramu and inquired about the details. People were mesmerized by Pawan Kalyan all along the way.
