The Chief Minister has ordered the regularization of unobjectionable lands on the second day of the collectors conference on revenue, lands and income generation departments.

70 percent of the complaints received by the revenue department are complaints related to ROR. Complaints of revenue and land disputes at this level have come due to the mistakes of the previous rulers.

The previous government brought the Land Titling Act and acted as pleased. Now, we have repealed the law and brought a law to protect the property of the people. They were blackmailed by putting it in 22A to acquire lands. These records should be resurveyed and corrected. Chandrababu said that these should be cleaned up within the specified time.

There should be no situation of roaming around the offices regarding various certificates.  Caste does not change, it should be given on a permanent basis. It can be issued every year for residence and age verification. Try to complete the resurvey process before 2027.

The goal should be to clean up all the records. We will also provide records with geo-tagging and QR codes. Plans should be prepared to provide ownership documents to the properties in the village register under the Swamivta scheme.

Take immediate steps to resolve the issue of five villages of Simhachal lands. Technology integration in revenue should be completed quickly.” The Chief Minister explained.

“The people of the state will benefit to the tune of Rs. 8 thousand crores every year due to the GST 2.0 reforms. Action should be taken to issue notifications on tax reduction on the 19th of this month. Issue an announcement to let the people know how much tax has been reduced on which item up to the village level. There is no GST on life insurance and health insurance now.

In this order, estimate the extent of benefit on the Universal Health Card.  Awareness programs should be conducted for a month on the benefits of GST tax reduction. The same level of campaigning that was done to create a big record in the case of Yoga Andhra… The same level of campaigning should be conducted in the case of GST reforms.

Awareness programs should be conducted among the people from September 22 to October 22. Activities should be designed so that ministers, collectors and public representatives participate in this program. Also monitor the GST and tax revenues from the districts  The CM said.

District collectors should focus on ensuring that income does not decrease. We will especially assess which districts are lagging behind in mining income. We should analyze the reason behind the significant drop in income in some districts. Mining income should increase district-wise.

Where mining is high, value addition should be done. We are reviewing revenue realization and GSDP every month. The level of satisfaction among the people should increase in the free sand policy. The government is losing Rs. 1000 crore in revenue and is providing free sand to the people. People should be satisfied in such matters. We are conducting surveys on sand supply from time to time.

The level of satisfaction among the people on the free sand policy should increase further. The government is providing free sand to the people without expecting a single penny. They should only bear the transportation costs. Do not stop the people who come forward to carry sand,” Chandrababu clarified.

Install CCTVs and monitor the Tirupati red sandalwood depot. Make products by adding value to red sandalwood logs.  Also, an experience center should be set up at the depot to inform about red sandalwood products and other aspects. Collectors should focus on motor vehicle taxes. The municipal department should take up a process to identify illegal structures based on satellite images. Collectors should focus on completing the BPS and LRS schemes.

Officials should focus on allocating space for drains in new layouts. Update the Swarna Panchayat portal from time to time.
We are running the excise department in a completely transparent manner.
Everything from procurement to manufacturing and sale should be transparent.

Online payments should be done 100 percent. Establish rehabilitation and de-addiction centers with world standards,
the Chief Minister ordered.
