AMARAVATI: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has advised officials to further increase efficiency in governance by using artificial intelligence in all government departments.

He ordered the officials to visit the field level to provide the best services to the people and improve their performance. He clarified that they should be alert to the accidents and incidents happening in the state and take precautionary measures.
The CM clarified that they should go to Sivakasi in Tamil Nadu to study the safety measures to prevent the recurrence of explosions in firecracker manufacturing plants.
Keeping the coming summer in mind, he said that steps should be taken to ensure that passengers do not face any problem with drinking water at RTC bus stations. He said that the conditions should be such that the journey is comfortable from the moment they arrive at the bus station to the moment they reach their destination.
He also said that special attention should be paid to the gold villages and gold wards that are at the bottom of the list so that there are no shortcomings in the distribution of pensions.
Also, the Chief Minister has issued clear instructions to the officials not to bother the people and government staff for the same information repeatedly, except for the information that the government already has.

On the other hand, the officials explained to the Chief Minister that WhatsApp Manamitra services have been further expanded in the state. He said that the number of WhatsApp services has been increased to 953. However, the CM said that the people should be made aware so that they can use all these easily.
