The government’s idea of building Amaravati as a future city should be implemented and demonstrated at the field level. The construction should be of quality…
The CM made it clear that there should not be a situation where construction work is delayed due to shortage of sand and gravel. The CM was informed in the meeting that there was some difficulty in the gravel supply in Krishna district due to forest officials.
The district collector was understanding the situation but the real problem was with the forest officials. The CM expressed his anger over this.
He clarified that sand and gravel required for the construction work of the capital should go through the green channel and there is no need to be subjected to any pressure from anyone. The Chief Minister instructed the officials to take strict action if anyone tries to cause trouble in this regard.

The Chief Minister advised the high officials to talk to the collectors of Krishna, Guntur and NTR districts to this extent. Minister Narayana, CRDA and ADC departmental high officials participated in this review meeting.
