Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has awarded Rs 2.5 crore reward and Group-I post to Women’s Cricket World Cup winning team member Charani.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will also give Rs 2.5 crore reward and a thousand square yards of residential land to Charani, a member of the Women’s Cricket World Cup winning team.
Charani met Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Nara Lokesh at the camp office today. Congratulating her on her achievement, both the Chief Minister and Lokesh said that the power of Indian women has been revealed all over the world by winning the World Cup. Charani and former captain of the Indian women’s cricket team Mithali Raj presented the T-shirt signed by the women’s cricket team players to the Chief Minister.
Earlier, i Charani was accorded a grand welcome at the Vijayawada airport by Ministers Vangalapudi Anitha, S Savitha, Gummadi Sandhyarani, Andhra Cricket Association President Keshineni Sivanath, Secretary Sana Satish and SAAP Chairman Animini Ravinaidu.and others.
