The Bengal tiger that had been terrorizing people in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh for the past five days has been captured by the authorities.

AMARAVATI : State Estimates Committee Chairman and Mandapeta MLA Vegulla Jogeswara Rao expressed his special appreciation to all the officials from various departments who strategically captured and confined the tiger that had been terrifying the public for the past few days.
He said it was remarkable that the tiger, which had gone astray somewhere in Maharashtra, had reached the Mandapeta constituency. He added that the tiger’s journey finally ended in the Mandapeta constituency. At one point, due to insufficient staff, he spoke with senior officials and arranged for additional forces to be deployed.
He said that given the intense fear and anxiety among the public, he had spoken with the officials and insisted that the tiger must be captured at all costs. He stated that, as planned, the tiger was successfully captured with a meticulous plan.
He mentioned that under the leadership of the Chief Conservator of Forests for the combined East and West Godavari and Krishna districts, C.C F . Murthy, 35 forest department personnel, 150 police officers, along with the Rajahmundry East Zone and Ramachandrapuram DSPs, CIs, SIs, and many constables, made significant efforts to capture the tiger.

He also mentioned that four special experts arrived from Pune. The leaders of the coalition government appreciated all those who worked tirelessly to reassure the public.
