Amaravathi, November 28 (Bharat News) AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu commented that Amaravati will develop unstoppably with the support of the central government and a solid plan.
The CM said that the center has provided full support to bring the state out of the ventilator after the destruction of the previous rulers. Chief Minister Chandrababu laid the foundation stone for the construction of the headquarters of public sector banks and insurance companies in the capital along with Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and the Indian Institute of Astrophysics-CRDA signed an MoU in the presence of Chandrababu for the construction of a planetarium with international standards in the capital.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Chandrababu said. We have started the reconstruction work of Amaravati under the leadership of the Prime Minister. Currently, the construction work of the capital has gained speed. The reason for the work being done at this level is the Centre’s Nirmala Sitharaman.
The government changed between 2014-19 when the work was being speeded up. After that, there was a five-year hiatus. We have restarted the work. Rs. 15,000 crores have been allocated for the reconstruction of the capital. Thanks to Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for her cooperation without any problem in terms of funds. Chandrababu said.
The manner in which the GST-2.0 reforms have been implemented is wonderful. Along with the growth of the economy with the GST reforms, the common man has also benefited. We are reconstructing the Polavaram, which has lost hope. Thanks to the Centre for sanctioning Rs. 1000 crores for the construction of a new diaphragm wall.
I am happy that 15 public sector banks and insurance companies are laying the foundation stone for the construction of head office buildings in Amaravati. The head offices of banks and insurance companies are being set up with Rs. 1,334 crores. The establishment of banks and insurance companies will also create jobs for 6,556 people. We request banks and financial institutions to cooperate in the development of the state, including Amaravati,” the CM said.
In Amaravati, projects worth Rs. 56 thousand crores have been started. The Seed Access Road is about to be completed. We have connected 7 national highways to Amaravati. A railway line is coming to the Amaravati area. We are guaranteeing that Amaravati will take shape in a way that India will be proud of.
We are bringing new policies like Green Cover and Net Zero to Amaravati and the state. Along with VIT, SRM, NID, BITS Pilani, etc., all the best universities in the world are coming to Amaravati. Quantum Valley is also coming. It is also a pleasure to sign an agreement to set up a planetarium with international standards.
We will complete Polavaram by 2027.. Amaravati will take shape by 2028. Visakhapatnam’s right is the right of Andhras The center has established Visakhapatnam Ukku, which was established with the slogan. He said
The plans for the Purvodaya scheme are ready. We will give shape to the implementation of this scheme this year. If the central government cooperates for five years… then we will stand as the backbone of the country’s progress.” The Chief Minister urged.
We will not forget the sacrifice of the farmers of Amaravati. They fought for Amaravati. I appreciate them. The farmers faced many difficulties. They suffered. The farmers of Amaravati fully cooperated in the construction of the capital.
29 thousand farmers gave 34 thousand acres of land. Amaravati is the only place in the world where a wonderful policy like land pooling has been implemented.
Due to the policies of the previous government, farmers could not receive the capital gains due to them. The capital gains period should be extended for some more time. We should ensure that farmers get the benefits of capital gains. I request the Union Finance Minister to focus on this issue and make a positive decision. Chandrababu said.

Union Minister Pemmasani, Ministers Nara Lokesh, Narayana, Payyavula, Kandula Durgesh, Satyakumar Yadav, Tadikonda MLA Tenali Shravan Kumar, senior officials of various departments, Guntur District Collector and farmers of the capital participated in this program in large numbers.
