The last date for applications for Quantum Algorithms is August 18th, and applications for UG Quantum Labs should be submitted by August 23rd.

Chief Minister’s Secretary PS Pradyumna said, that steps are being taken to provide all the resources related to quantum technology in the state of Andhra Pradesh. There are a lot of engineering colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh, and the universities should work to provide quantum technology education to everyone,
He said.
He said that there will be many job and employment opportunities in quantum technology in the future and we should provide our students with the ability to take them.
He said that education, science, research and projects related to quantum technology should be prepared in universities. He suggested that all central and state government private universities in the state should prepare DST proposals and set up quantum labs in all universities.
Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education Chairman Acharya K. Madhumurthy said that faculty development programs are being conducted under the auspices of APSC from August 18, and faculty from all universities should participate in it.
DST. He informed about the status of Quantum UG Labs and algorithm proposals. Faculty from universities should come forward for faculty development programs for both Quantum Technologies and Artificial Intelligence. He also wanted colleges to participate in the “Amaravati Quantum Valley Hackathon 2025”.
TCS. Research Group Srithar said that they are preparing a syllabus on Quantum Technology in collaboration with AICTE. He said that quantum trained students and professionals will make significant progress in employment.
He said that it is necessary for the commercialization of indigenous quantum products. He said that students should be made aware at the UG level about making quantum tech a career path.
After the video conference, VC Acharya S. Prasannasree addressed the staff.
He suggested that all departments in Nannaya University should focus on quantum technology and that the state government would provide support keeping in mind the demand for quantum technology, and that everyone should take advantage of it.
