Andhra Pradesh Eluru resident Velanki Simhadri and another person Shaq Aminula were sentenced to life imprisonment by Seventh Additional District Sessions Judge Sri Bandella Abraham after hearing the case. Today.

According to official details, in the year 2019, a case was registered under 174 CrPC in Eluru regarding the murders using cyanide that created a sensation. The police registered a case against the  Eluru DSP Dilip Kiran and Eluru Rural CI.

The investigation conducted by the  Police from various angles concluded that Nagaraju’s death was not suspicious and it was a murder. The accused Vellanki Simhadri and Sheikh Aminullah Babu were arrested after identifying him as having committed a total of ten murders.

As part of this, it was proved that Gandikota Bhaskar Rao, a resident of Vadlamanu village, Agiripalli mandal, Krishna district, Vijayawada city, was also murdered by these accused, and the then Ajit Singh Nagar Inspector S.V.V. Lakshminarayana registered a case.

During the court hearing of this case, C.M.S. Inspector Jagadishwar Rao A.S. I.M. Kotireddy, the current Ajit Singh Nagar Inspector B.H. Venkateswara and the Additional Public Prosecutor Sri Yadala James assisted.

Vijayawada Seventh Additional District Sessions Judge Sri Bandella Abraham after the hearing of this case sentenced the accused Vellanki Simhadri and Sheikh Aminullah Babu to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 25,000 each.
