ACB raids on Alamuru sub-registrar
Caught while taking bribe on the spot by Rajahmundry ACB , Bribe Amount was seized , and the sub-register and her car driver were taken into custody.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district Alamuru sub-registrar Kona Vimala Sarojani Kumari was caught by ACB officials while taking money from a farmer.
On Monday evening, the sub-registrar was taking a bribe of Rs. 28 thousand through his car driver Dasari Durga Prasad when the Rajahmundry ACB officials raided and caught him.
The raids continued till night. The farmer complained that he had asked for a bribe of Rs. 50 thousand to register 36 cents of land belonging to Gatti Subrahmanyam of Baduguvanilanka village in Alamuru mandal for his son and finally agreed to Rs. 28 thousand.
In addition, another Rs. 35 thousand was caught in the raids. ACB DSP Kishore Kumar said that the cash was seized and the sub-register and car driver were taken into custody.
