Lawyers with fake and false educational qualifications The AP Bar Council has debarred 17 people who had registered their names. Bar Council Secretary B. Padmalatha has issued a notification removing their names from the list of lawyers.
The Bar Council of India has issued notices to the concerned persons on the fake certificates and given them an opportunity to explain, after which it has recommended to the AP Bar Council to remove their names from the list of lawyers, the secretary said.
Among those whose names have been removed are D. Chamundeshwari, practicing in Tenali, Guntur district, Chintakayala CSN Murthy (practice: Tuni Court, East Godavari district), CD Puru Shottam (Ananthapuram), D. Ratnakumari (AP High Court) from Guntur, Kandukuri Vishwak (Nidadavol, West Godavari district),
Nakkella Satyavati (Visakhapatnam) from Mamidipalli village, Gedela Rajasekhar from Srinagar, Visakhapatnam, Chagalamarri Siddayya (Prakash district darshi), Dega Sai Venkata Suman (Nellore) from Kovur,
Nellore district, Yallapu Naveen from Gajuwaka (Visakhapatnam), Tallur Venkata Ramanayya (Nellore) from Mallikarjunapuram village, M. Praveena (Gajuwaka), Yadala Sureshbabu (Guntur) of Darshipaleni,
Kurupudi Satyanarayana (Rajamahendravaram) of Konkuduru village, G. Subrahmanyam (Palamaneru, Chittoor district), M.V. Maheshwara Rao (Visakhapatnam) of Bhimunipatnam, and P. Padmapriya (AP High Court) of Samarlakota, East Godavari district.
