Greenery, cleanliness, water-you, we are conducting programs to get closer to the people with surprise inspections,   Just as we keep our houses clean, let us all take the responsibility of keeping the streets and roads clean. With the intention of giving people a clean environment, we have undertaken a program to remove garbage from time to time

The  garbage coming from the house should be converted into compost and used as fertilizer for the plants on the roof of the house. 4,14,014 families in the state are making home compost and using it for terrace gardens.

Government  banned the use of single-use plastic in the state. This plastic is harming the health of livestock and people.Currently, we are collecting garbage from 97 percent of the houses in the municipalities. The Chief Minister explained that we will collect 100 percent door-to-door in rural areas by March 2026.

We are giving awards to those who are better in cleanliness through the Swachh Bharat program.

Like the citizens of Japan, we have to change some habits regarding garbage. Infectious diseases like malaria, dengue, diarrhea are caused by wet waste.
It is our responsibility to ensure that our homes and surroundings are clean so that we do not get infected with them
