PEDDAKADUBUR POLICE STATION IN KURNOOL DISTRICT IS THE BEST POLICE STATION IN A.P.
Peddakadubur Police Station has been selected as the best police station in A.P. state. The Union Home Ministry announced this award.
For the year 2025, Peddakadubur Police Station in Kurnool district has been declared as the best police station in Andhra Pradesh.
On this occasion, the “Certificate of Excellence” award was received today at the AP Police Headquarters in Mangalagiri by DIG and Kurnool District In-charge SP Vikrant Patil, IPS, Emmiganur DSP Bhargavi, Kosigi Circle Inspector B.A. Manjunath, and Peddakadubur SI Niranjan Reddy, from the hands of the State DGP Harish Kumar Gupta, IPS. The DGP congratulated all of them.
The DGP praised the district police department, stating that receiving this prestigious national-level award is a matter of pride. The DGP advised them to maintain law and order effectively by utilizing technology.
Speaking on the occasion, DIG and Kurnool District In-charge SP Vikrant Patil said that Peddakadubur Police Station was selected for this award due to its efforts in crime control, installation of CCTV cameras, and speedy investigation of cases. He praised the Peddakadubur police for their active work in crime prevention, case investigation and resolution, and the installation of CCTV cameras. He commended them for receiving the award because of these efforts. He said that ten police stations in the country were selected for these awards, and Peddakadubur Police Station from the state had earned this distinction. He added that it was a matter of pride that Peddakadubur Police Station was selected for the award by the Union Home Ministry. DIG and Kurnool District In-charge SP Vikrant Patil said that this was possible only through collective effort.
On this occasion, senior police officers and the district police force congratulated DIG and Kurnool District In-charge SP Vikrant Patil, the Emmiganur DSP, the Kosigi CI, the Peddakadubur SI, and the staff.
