Farmers have a deep connection with the land inherited from their ancestors and acquired through their own efforts. The previous rulers committed irregularities and chaos in the issuance of passbooks. They put his photo on your properties.
What is his photo doing on the land earned by our ancestors? What are his symbols doing on the boundary stones? They brought in a law called the Land Titling Act and made it possible to bring the land under the control of those he favored, said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Today, he distributed the newly printed pattadar passbooks to farmers in Rayavaram village of East Godavari district.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that land is not just an asset for the farmer, but a belief, a sentiment intertwined with the family. That is why, with the royal seal, we are distributing ‘Your Land – Your Right’ pattadar passbooks to farmers across the state.
The Revenue Department has printed the new pattadar passbooks with a QR code, a unique number, and the royal seal under the name ‘Your Land – Your Right’, enabling instant access to land details through the QR code.
The Chief Minister stated that 22.33 lakh passbooks have been printed for the lands in the 6688 villages where the resurvey has been completed, using new technology that prevents tampering, thus ensuring the security of farmers’ and landowners’ properties.
He said that due to the actions of the previous rulers, petitions related to land disputes were being received everywhere.
The coalition government has decided to resolve these disputes, and instructions have been given to distribute the pattadar passbooks through village assemblies, not at the Tahsildar’s office, the Chief Minister added.
“To prevent any fraud or disputes, we are issuing ‘Your Land – Your Right’ pattadar passbooks with a royal seal. We are conducting the resurvey systematically and preserving all records in a highly secure and tamper-proof manner. We are using blockchain technology to prevent tampering with land records,” said Chandrababu.

Ministers, public representatives, and officials accorded a grand welcome to Chief Minister Chandrababu, who attended the pattadar passbook distribution program in Rayavaram, Mandapeta constituency.
