conducts Workshop on Unusual Incidents to Frontline Staff
South Central Railway Claims Branch Commercial Department of conducted a workshop on Unusual Incidents at the Zonal Railway Institute, Moula-Ali today i.e., 18th October, 2024 to educate and to improve awareness among the frontline staff in dealing with the Unusual Incidents resulting in death/injuries to the passengers. A standard ‘Message Format was released in the workshop to streamline during reporting of such incidents by the Station Managers. Also the aspects of being Vigilant while reporting Commercial Activities so as there should be no leakage of revenue to the system and the necessity of performing the Railway Operations keeping in view of the safety aspect as well. The workshop was attended by about 250 Station Managers, Loco Pilots & Train Managers from across the Zone.
Shri B. Nagya, Principal Chief Operations Manager, South Central Railway was the Chief Guest for the workshop and other Senior Railway Officials also present. The workshop was organized by Shri Ravi P Padi, Chief Commercial Manager/Claims.
