Rajahmundry is a spiritual city, with the majestic Godavari river flowing majestically connecting the two districts and serving as sacred places for the city dwellers. There are many historical temples on both sides of the river.
That’s why I aim to complete the city so that it will be recognized as a “temple tourism” by the coming Puskaram a Holi festival, and I will not betray the people’s trust. He said that they are committed to the promise of making the city a spiritual center during the elections. Rajahmundry City MLA Adireddy Srinivas announced that Ainavilli, Vada Pally, Annavaram, Dwaraka Thirumala and other historical temples will be made into under a “Temple Circuit”.
Minister Kandula Durgesh has also responded positively to this matter, saying that he will not even bring this matter to the attention of the government during the recently held assembly meetings.
A Prasadams distribution program was organized to around 5000 devotees on Sunday to celebrate “Gurupurnama” at the Saibaba Mandir in Tilak Road in the Rajahmundry City limits. Regarding MLA Adireddy Srinivas and former MLC Adireddy Appa rao attended the program as chief guests and distributed food to the devotees.
He said that this temple has been built for 31 years and every year the temple committee has been doing this kind of food distribution to the devotees. Former MLA Adireddy Appa rao said that the board of trustees of the temple here serves the devotees. He said that the distribution of rice prasadam is done six times every year.. The temple committee members and devotees participated in this program.
