Professor Ganni Bhaskara Rao himself was honored for his efforts in establishing simulation centers across India, bringing together world experts, surgeons and simulation enthusiasts to advance simulation training and innovation across the country.

Organized by SHS (Society for Healthcare Simulation). Rajahmundry GSL Medical College organized Simalcon 2024, which marks a unique occasion to celebrate achievements in medical simulation and educational advancement.
Prof. Sanjay Oak esteemed Prof. Jack Jakimowicz delivered the oration, initiating projects to drive educational technology, establishment of simulation laboratories, Wi-Fi-based education for undergraduates, computer-based assessments.
In a series of awards celebrating lifetime achievements in simulation, Dr. Ganni Bhaskara Rao, Patron of Simulation, presented the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Dr. Murthy Nyasavajjala, President, along with Dr. Ganni Sandeep, Vice-President of the Society, Dr. Bhaskara Rao celebrated simulation techniques by strengthening the foundation of medical training and education across India and beyond.
