Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission Group 2 exams should be implemented as per GO NO 77 issued by the previous YSRCP government, APPSC Group 2 candidates should be recruited with fairness and transparency, .
Even though the mains exam was over on the 23rd, the coalition government should not file an affidavit in the court, which will cause irreparable damage to the future of the candidates.
The coalition government has issued 17+18 recruitment notifications without implementing GO 77. Sundar explained to the Governor that the current government has not filed an affidavit in five petitions pending in the High Court, resulting in a serious loss to 4.83 lakh candidates.
In a petition to the Governor, he demanded that an affidavit be filed immediately in the High Court so that injustice is not done to the students who have written the Group 2 exams, and that the government should pay the fees collected from the students along with interest and penalty. (If the notification is cancelled)
The APPSC board should be completely restructured. Keeping in mind the future of lakhs of students, Sundar appealed to the Governor that the government should take steps to ensure that the Appsc recruitment process is legal.
