A food safety officer and an office attendant were arrested by ACB DSP last night while taking bribe from a Goli Soda manufacturer in Eluru.
Details given by ACB DSP who is making Goli Soda (colored soda) in Eluru, were called and told that there was a fly in the colored soda and that it was being sent for a medical test. The food safety officer was asked to pay a bribe of Rs 25,000 if the report came back positive. The owner of the colored soda made a deal for Rs 15,000 and then approached the ACB, ACB
ACB officials caught a food safety officer and office attendant Pullarao red-handed while taking a bribe from a soda shop owner and arrested them and recovered the cash.
