Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu has expressed deep grief over the incident in which four people died due to electrocution in East Godavari district.
The CM expressed grief over the death of Veerraju, Nagendra, Manikantha and Krishna while breaking the plexiglass during the unveiling of the statue of Sardar Sarvai Papana Goud in Tadiparru of Undrajavaram mandal. It is sad that another person was seriously injured in this incident.
The officials were directed to provide better treatment to the injured. He assured that the government will support the affected families. Deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. A compensation of Rs.5 lakh has been announced on behalf of the government to the affected families.
