State Civil Supplies Minister N. Manohar said that millers have been asked to buy grain from farmers by paying more than the support price without the involvement of middlemen.
On this occasion, Minister Nadendla Manohar said that the hardships faced by the farmers were made known during his visit. The aim of the coalition government is to stand by the farmers, to be assured and to stand by the farmers in any situation.
As each ripe nut is bought The minister said that a decision has been taken to pay the arrears of grain purchase of Rs.1,674 crore.

To support the farmers in a single system
We are aiming to work with the aim of supporting all 5 lakh and 50 thousand farmers during the Kharif season. The minister said that 32 lakh 50 thousand metric tons of grain has been procured from farmers through purchase centers of 3400 RSKs across the state and infrastructure has been provided in all the centres.
In the East Godavari district, 220 Rythu Seva Kendras have been set up as purchase centers and 2 lakh 30 thousand metric tons of grain is being purchased in the district, the minister said.
The minister stated that we are thinking of forming committees with millers and farmers at the field level and providing better services to the farmers with transparency and accountability.
Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh, MLAs Adireddy Srinivas, Bathula Balaramakrishna, Nallamilli Ramakrishna Reddy, District Collector Prashanthi, Civil Supply Commissioner, MD, Civil Supply Corporation Chairman Sudhir, farmers, farmers association leaders, rice millers association members and others were present in the program.
